My IPhone is going crazy.

Help! I don't know what to do. My phone has been acting really weird - moving by itself, things moving on its own (for example, in the SMS Messages list, the "Delete" button would constantly appear and then disappear, like I was swiping it). It also opens and closes random apps fater than the speed of light. I have tried a restart but it still is acting weird, for ecample, after the reset, it opened the phone app, and started calling rrandom contacts (at least 12 in less than 30 seconds.) I'm really unsure what to do, and I'm not sure if I did anything wrong, because this is really weird and I have never seen this before.
