Theatre icon on my watch

A yellow icon with theatre masks has appeared on my Apple Watch 6 (version 8.7). I’d guess it means being quite in a theatre or cinema, but I don’t find how to turn it off…!

Is it possible to remove the 'now playing' indicator from my Ultra watch faces? Say I'm driving in my car, got the tunes going from my iPhone to wireless Apple CarPlay, all is well. If I look at my watch I see the 'now playing' indicator on the top of my watch face. Is it possible to disable that? I'm not a fan of it. Thanks.

Apple Watch 7 new icon My Apple Watch Series 7 now has a small icon top middle that’s a head and top torso (in purple in the image). Not sure what this is supposed to indicate. Only showed up since newest update. Any ideas?
