No internet on my phone

I don’t appear to have a internet connection on my phone when im out and have no Wi-Fi nothing works I have a iPhone 6 pro and that has no problem connecting to the internet i have a contract with unlimited data I can ring and text I have tried several things but it’s not worked I have a iPhone 12 with 3 network it cx works ok when im at home with the Wi-Fi please help.
