Password for iphone and screen time

Hi , I forgot my child screen time settings password. Can I get a reset at apple store?

The same thing for my old phone

Since then I haven't turned the screen time back on again until yesterday, thought it wouldn't have the same old settings my parents did when I was a child, but sadly that was the case. I am now almost 19 years old so they don't care for my screen time but they don't remember the old passcode meaning I can't turn it off again. Does anybody know what I can do to fix this?

won't let me reset my son's screen time passcode so we can trade in his phone I cannot reset my son's screen time passcode so we can wipe his phone for trade in. Verizon was unable to help us. I forgot the password and it won't let me reset with my apple id
