Extended Warranty Or Apple Protection Plan

Apple iPhone warranty is not international. If you are denied service in India on an iPhone bought in another country, Apple's policy is the phone needs to be serviced in the country of purchase.

That's not possible. The only "protection plan" that Apple sells is AppleCare / AppleCare+.

It is not possible to purchase coverage from Apple in a country other than the one where the device was originally sold and it is only valid in the country where it was originally sold.

The warranty and AppleCare/AppleCare+ have never been international on any cellular devices.

Sold by whom, in India specifically? We would be extremely interested in seeing this document.

And by your own admission, the service center does not seem to want to honor this supposed agreement, so it continues to support that iPhones sold in other countries are subject to the standard and has always been reality that Apple iPhone warranty is supported in the country of purchase. Which in your situation is not the country you purchased the phone.

There is no Apple Protection plan.

There is an extended warranty.

The warranty is only valid in the country the phone was purchased in.

Then take your issue up with them. There is no one here who can help you. This is a user to user only forum. You paid for what you think is an Apple Protection Plan from this service center. You need to deal with them.
