MacBook Air doesn’t turn on

Dear friends

my MacBook air gives me a black screen and it doesn’t turn on. I tried to hold on to the power button for 10 seconds with no success. Could you please advise?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0

If this doesn't work, in the end you will need to contact Apple Support.
