Iphone XR screen involuntary touches

My iPhone XR randomly "ghost touches" the top of the screen. At first it was in one location, but now it taps every part of the top of the screen without me even touching the phone. Is there any way I can fix this without getting my screen replaced? I've tried restarting and force restarting the phone too.
