All is Fine:

Yes. This is normal. Apple recommends you get a new battery when the Battery Health reaches 80%. Unfortunately, there is no way to know why the percentage decreases, nor when. With AppleCare on your iPhone, they'll cover Battery Replacement. So, maybe getting AppleCare for your Phone would more vital here, as it may cost less than a new iPhone battery itself.

Battery drain is normal..It indicates that your battery life is going down..But battery life not draining as much like this..(I’m talking about genuine apple battery) According to apple cycle count 500 means your battery life is 80% (It’s just a average)

Your first drop is normal because if the battery cycle count is higher (before you buying from previous owner) plus you charged it..I think it’s normal..

but your second and third drain I think it’s not normal for genuine batteries.. (If you not charging too many times per day) plus iPhone 11 is not an old model..

>>Most users experienced 1-2% drain after a month..

Finding the Price of a New Battery:

Looking for an iPhone Battery?

Get one from one of the following three locations. Getting it elsewhere, you might end up getting an non-genuine battery. Learn more here: About Genuine iPhone Batteries - Apple Support

A. Contact Apple Support:

If purchased from Apple, or covered under AppleCare, then get this serviced by Apple.

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. And that makes sense because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Or..

B. Contact an AASP:

Also, take this to an AASP (Apple Authorized Service provider), asking for assistance.

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone

Or...

C. Contact A Retailer:

Contact your local retailer, seeing if they replace these.
