Airpod Pros won't show up when I try to connect to Bluetooth on my laptop

For a long time I had my Airpod Pro's connected to my laptop and everything was great. A while back I removed them from the devices on the bluetooth page because I thought I was going to buy the Airpod Max but I changed my mind after trying a friends on. Anyway, I'm trying to connect my Airpod Pros back to my laptop so that I can listen to my music while working since we're back in the office now and not at home. The issue that I'm having is that when I go to Bluetooth and try to add the Pros back they aren't coming up on the add a device page. I have reset them and they still aren't showing up. I have tried everything that I googled and found online and none of the suggestions have worked. I'm able to pair them to my Iphone just fine.
