Did you check, if your payment information is still complete and correct?
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
Are you using the same Apple ID that has been used, when you first downloaded the apps?

I had a similar message a couple of days ago and had to contact the official Apple Support about that.
They somehow fixed it after looking into my personal settings from their side.
when I go to download an app it says verification required. The payment information is completed and correct. I am using the same Apple ID that was used to download apps.
