Apple Music on iPhone

I can not see “show Apple Music” under settings>music. I am an Apple Music subscriber, I am logged into the same Apple account on all devices, have checked settings in iTunes and restarted all devices. Still same result. I have updated all software.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, GLear,

If we understand your post correctly, you're unable to listen to Apple Music on your iPhone. You have an active subscription but the "Show Apple Music" option does not appear when you tap Settings > Music. We’d like to help.

We see you were viewing "Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support" and it did not resolve your issue.

Try these steps to access your Apple Music subscription on your iPhone:

  1. Tap Settings > Music and turn on Sync Library.
  2. Open the Music app and check for your Apple Music library.

Let us know if that resolves this issue for you or if you don't see the Sync Library option.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

Hi GLear,

This is what you should expect to see in Settings > Music while subscribed to Apple Music.

Based on what you're showing in the screenshot, you should see your music automatically synced between other devices signed into the same account with Sync Library enabled.

If you're having an issue with Apple Music, like you're unable to see songs in your library, or the Apple Music catalogue, provide some additional information about what you're expecting to see, and what displays in stead.

Cheers!
