If we understand your post correctly, you're unable to listen to Apple Music on your iPhone. You have an active subscription but the "Show Apple Music" option does not appear when you tap Settings > Music. We’d like to help.
We see you were viewing "Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support" and it did not resolve your issue.
Try these steps to access your Apple Music subscription on your iPhone:
- Tap Settings > Music and turn on Sync Library.
- Open the Music app and check for your Apple Music library.
