Apple Car Play disconnects randomly from my iPhone 12

My Apple CarPlay in my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado randomly started disconnecting from my iPhone 12. I freed up storage to make sure that wasn’t the case, and updated my phone to the latest update. The problem is that when I try to “forget car” or whatever, my CarPlay settings won’t load. They just sit there and time out everytime. Same thing with the truck’s Bluetooth when I try to disconnect or forget it. Help is appreciated!
