Reminders using text as date?

Sometimes when I set a new task and I add for example "TODAY" at the end, Reminders highlights more than just the word TODAY, so when I hit Enter, it deletes the highlighted words and sets the date.

For example:

I even tried adding a dot right before the word TODAY, maybe that would help separate it, but same behavior. Any logical explanation on why this happens and how to fix it?

Hey tiagorocha,

That would be expected behavior as Siri is suggesting a date to set the reminder for.

If you add a space after the word today instead of hitting enter it will allow you to keep the text.
