Downloading apps
I’m not able to download anything, it continues to tell me I can’t without a proper type of payment provided. Its never done this type of thing before and it’s been happening for a few months.

Then you will have to provide a payment method. The app store requires a payment method on file, even to download free apps. If it didn’t require it in the past then you had a payment method that is no longer valid.
