My texts say not delivered

I just changed providers and I’m unable to send or receive texts. Says not delivered. How can I fix problem?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

Changing Providers:

Having just changed providers, contact the new provider. They are provide you with the service of messaging. It is likely that you need to get a new SIM card.
