MacBook Pro Won't Boot Up After Keyboard Replacement

I've already tried resetting the PRAM, SMC, NVRAM, etc.... Non of these helped at all.

There is absolutely no response from the device. Only when I plug the 85W MagSafe charger will the fans pulsate and nothing else. No display, No boot chime, no backlights, nothing. I've triple checked my connections and everything is where it should... Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon before?

I can't find anything online about this issue.
