Face ID Not Working

Recently, in attempting to diagnose a problem with my iPhone XR, I was advised by my service provider to do a Reset of the phone, which I did. While it didn't solve my problem (which I believe is network related), it did require me to go through several setup operations, including Face ID. Since the Reset, while I can unlock my phone with Face ID, I can't seem to do anything else; things like Apple's App Store, or any of the 11 apps I have Face ID enabled for.

If you have to set up Face ID again.. even without resetting the entire phone, many apps will know that you reset Face ID and they will require the password to be entered again to turn Face ID unlocking back on. So take 1 of those 11 apps, launch it, enter your password (there is always a password behind Face ID).. often times the app will prompt whether to use Face ID, otherwise you'll have to dig thru the app settings and find the switch to enable Face ID again.

I believe in Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Other Apps, it's just iOS 'knowing' that this app has requested access to Face ID before, does not mean that it will necessarily unlock that app.. as the app and app settings themselves are managed by the app itself.
