It won’t let me add my apple account to my wallet and it keeps giving me the same error (Your Apple Account Balance cannot be added to Wallet at this time.) even when I try it hours later.

I have the same issue. Have $1500+ in my Apple account and can’t add it to Wallet to use in the store. Need to buy a laptop with this money but it’s inaccessible. Need help ASAP please.

I’m getting the same error. Called Apple was was told it could be because it’s not available in all regions but could specify which regions were. I’m in the US so I’m sure they lied.

I was able to add my account balance to my wallet recently. I’m wondering if it was the recent software updates.
Update 11/12/22 - tried today and was successful in adding card to wallet. Resolved for me…
Maybe’s Apple is working on it. The option is now gone
