Nothing in that list is particularly useful for improving the performance of Safari on an iPhone 6.
To reset the settings, scroll to the bottom of the list of experimental features, and select the option to reset all to defaults.

The default settings for Safari WebKit experimental features is correct until and unless you’re working directly with a website or web service that might needs to change one of the settings for compatibility or better rendering or some other requirement.
Biggest general issue here is probably iOS 12 as that is very old, and that iPhone 6 is no longer supported with current iOS versions.

Thank you for the screenshot.
Javascript makes particular things work. But, disable it, and see it all is fine. Its a load to decipher.
We need some more context, but the general answer is that Apple standard settings should be fine, but you should get rid of any "cleaning" or 3rd party anti virus apps.
thanks for the answer
