My Apple Watch is still connected to old Apple ID that was my moms and when I have to download apps or update my watch wants the old Apple ids code

How can I get rid of this problem?

i think I caused it myself because when I switched Apple id’s I didn’t reset my Apple Watch or phone and that’s why it was still connected. I have tried to reset my Apple Watch multiple times but it wouldn’t help with the problem:/

do I have to reset my phone too and maybe that will help?

You need to reset the phone and pair the watch with the phone.

One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

Or you can try to set up Family Sharing  between the IDs to keep access to your purchases.
