Why doesn't the browser version of Apple tv show the "watch next" list, where I saved movies I want to watch. I can veiw them on my ipad and phone, but not my laptop. The browser also cant find these movies in a search!!!

This is a user to user support forum. We can't speculate on Apple's choices but the web app only presents content from the Apple TV+ service and doesn't integrate with your account or other services that you might link up to the TV app in iOS/iPadOS/tvOS. Use Feedback - Apple TV - Apple (it's not quite the right product, but the most applicable) to let Apple know you'd like more out of the web app.
