I keep trying to text someone on iMessages but nothing will send. It keeps changing to sms. Is this a sign that I was blocked?? Id appreciate some signs or tips that tell me if I’m blocked

A. See here: If you can't Send or Receive Messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
B. Whom to Contact:
Contact your carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Messaging

B. Whom to Contact:
Contact your carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Messaging
No, it means that either that user has logged out of iCloud and cannot receive iMessages or you do not have data access to the iCloud servers to be able to deliver an iMessage and have "Send as SMS" enabled in Settings -> Messages.
