Apple pay

I have my US credit card on Apple pay. I have a monthly subscription active.

now, I have moved to Canada and I have updated country/region under setting to Canada. I now want to add my Canadian credit card to apple pay. But, when I add another visa , Under billing address of new payment method, I still see Country as UsA and I am unable to change that to Canada.

any suggestions would help!
