Water damage

5 days ago I accidentally dropped my iPhone 13 in water at a depth of 35 cm for 16 seconds. Since then, the only problem I have faced is that the front speaker makes a slight crackling sound. It doesn't matter to me.

But the liquid indicator turned red and I'm worried that there might be some future problems. Is that possible?

Is there a possibility of a board problem or something else? I am afraid that something will happen.

My phone is fine now. I want to know if this incident will cause any future problems for my phone. If I go to the service center can this problem be solved permanently?
