battery health management in Mac notebooks

why in my MB Air m1 2021 is not possible to able or disable these function? Capacity drop suddenly (data from coconut battery or ""ioreg -l -r -n AppleSmartBattery"" Terminal command) from 100/101% to 98/97% after 12Cycles and 6 months...Then from 98/97% to 95% after another week. Now Mac have 19cycles.

Is the cause the "battery health management in Mac notebooks" or is a real very fast dagradation of my battery? Or the "health Managment" reduce capacity only of fews Mh and only temporaly?

which item on the list in the command "ioreg -l -r -n AppleSmartBattery" is the reduced capacity?

Maybe the cause is to use Aldente on 80% limit and almost never fully charge the battery?

Thank you

Which functions can and cannot be disabled is entirely the province of Apple.

All batteries degrade with time and all batteries are different with respect to every metric you can imagine. The best you can do is trust the battery management circuitry and not try and micromanage the battery. The circuitry will do a far better job than even the most judicious human management.
