i downloaded images from my nikon camera onto my macbook and put them into a file. When i choose the gallery option in the file to look at the photos it just pops up a loading circle and wont let me scroll through them. How do I get that loading circ

I uploaded pictures from my Nikon camera onto my MacBook Air. I loaded them onto a file and was able to look at them with a gallery mode. When I uploaded more photos the gallery mode stopped working and just shows a loading circle. How do I get the loading circle to go away so I can see all of my photos?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.3

Wait it Out:

If there are thousands yet to be uploaded, then it will take some time, indeed. So, you'd have to wait until it is uploaded to view it.
