Apple care billing problem

I have an apple care and billing problem appearing on my settings of my new phone. Old Card declined because it was cancelled and It won’t recognize a new card. I’m currently in another continent hence not possible to contact apple directly

It could be that you cannot add a new card because you're not in your home country where the card is from

I would recommend that you contact apple support while you can
