How to change time on smartwatch

Assuming you mean your Apple Watch, that should happen automatically, based on your location and time zone.

Are you saying it's showing the wrong time? or are you somehow trying to get the watch to show some other time (e.g. the time in some other location/time zone, or offset some how (e.g. 5 minutes fast, so you're never late for a meeting)?)

That's something I'd expect a sophisticated 'modern

watch' to figure for itself. You've tried speaking to it?
