safari is missing from my settings on iphone7 plus IOS 15.1xxx. Links are not working because safari is blocking pop ups and I can’t get to the settings to turn it off. How do I get to my Acari settings?

IF you did a spotlight search and sit find it, try this. Settings>General>Reset>Reset home screen layout. That will return Safari to the home screen.
