How do you know if a part on my iPhone isn’t genuine?

We understand how important it is to make sure that your iPhone was serviced using genuine, Apple-certified components. We'd be happy to help. If you had your iPhone serviced with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, you can be sure the parts are all safe and tested. If not, you could see a message alerting you to the possible presence of a non-certified part in your iPhone, as explained in the article linked to your posting, for example: About genuine iPhone displays - Apple Support.
