Where is the store?

I can't locate the store in the Music app on my Mac (Catalina). When I search, it only lets me search Apple Music or my library. I want to buy some music and don't see it.

...and while I'm at it, shame on Apple for making it so hard to use my iTunes library of purchases. i've spent thousands on music with you over the years and I have to push aside Apple Music pitching itself as the dominant option in order to get to my property. I may have to move to a subscription service at some point but it will never be yours, Apple. (and I've been an Apple user my entire adult life) Not everyone is connected to the Internet 24/7.

While I'm at it, also, thanks for totally ruining my playlists in iTunes. Years of setting up playlists I loved and you've stripped the songs from them. Apple used to be the Silicon Valley good guys. Not any more.
