itunes account

A week ago I had fraudulent charges on my debit card for apple purchases. I disputed the charges with my bank and ever since my itunes account has been disabled. this is preventing me from downloading & updating apps, entering my new card info & im worried once it’s time to bill my apple music again that will be interrupted. Has this happened to anyone before? If so how did you fix it? Can I go to the Apple store or do I need to call?
