Some time of blemish on Brand New IPHONE XR that I can't remove PLEASE HELP

Hello, I recently purchased a Iphone XR from straight talk , and it arrived on the 6th yesterday, As Soon I as I opened I Applied an Onn screen protector i bought from walmart, i wiped the screen off with the wipes that came with the screen protector, then applied the screen protector on, I removed the screen protector earlier today, because i noticed some fingerprints under the screen protector, so I wanted to apply the other screen protector, it was a 2 pack box, And I noticed there was type of blemish on the screen, I only noticed it today under a light, I thought it was just residue left from the screen protector, so I used the other wipe that came with the screen protector and the microfiber cloth to dry to remove the spot, and it wouldn't come up, I don't know if the phone arrived like this or if this was caused by the screen protector or the alcoholic wipes that came with the screen protector..It's not noticeable at all under normal usage, only when the screen if off, is it noticable. Can anyone please help
