My iPhone thinks I’m someone else!

My iPhone thinks I’m someone else in my contacts list. How can I fix this?

Why I see same account (3 times) in my contacts on the phone? This dublicate my contacts, how can i avoid this? I see same account 3 times on my device and this duplicates my contacts. When i receive calls i see caller ID + 3 others calling:) I have chosen it as a default account but doesn't work.

My Contacts has someone else as me im my contacts it has someone else as me. Whenever auto fill happens it puts their info in. There is a little me on the right side of their name in contacts

Contacts Addresses Some of my contacts have the same address listed multiple times I’ve tried deleting and they keep reappearing. My screeblnks or reloads 3 times before It’s stable enough to read. This is the same on my IPad
