XXX wants to use your confidential information

I keep getting messages when I try to open google, keychain, etc that the app wants to use my keychain info but keychain won't open. Around and around I go in circles. Tried the fix provided in the link below but didn't work. I did, however, according to the instructions, delete Chrome Safe Storage and some google auth.key (?) so I'm freaking out now.
