I lost one airpod so I bought a replacement, but I can’t figure out how to connect it. I did what the website said to do, but the light won’t turn white

Why isn’t the light in my airpod case turning white after holding down the button on the back? And what can I do to fix that?

Start by wiggling it in your ear. No success? Charge these to 100%. If still not success, refer to the following...
