My iPhone 13 rings only one time and then stops

Hi,

I have an iPhone 13 and my problem is sometimes my iPhone 13 ring only one time and then stop ringing and vibration suddenly and I have already contact with apple support and we try below option;

I changed my SIM card

close the attention aware feature

reset my all settings

reset the iPhone with iTunes

using my phone without case

i closed back button for screen shots

so my problem is still with me and apple support team said that this is the first time problem we heart about so please help me
