Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.
If you see a pop-up in Game Center while playing a game, that would be expected unless the game developer offers a version of the game that doesn't have pop-ups. If you're referring to notifications that appear, you can disable notifications in Settings > Notifications > Game Center and turn off the button for "Allow Notifications".
