How can I get rid of the ‘Unknown Part’ warning indicator?

I replaced my iPhone 11 screen with an aftermarket screen. Now my phone continuously shows a message indicator in Settings notifying me on an ‘Unknown Part’. How can I turn this indicator off in settings?
