I want reset my Apple account password but I don't have my iPhone

The display of my iPhone Thirteen Pro Max suddenly turned white. I sent it to Dubai apple store for claiming warranty and they asked me for my apple id account password. But I forgot my Apple account password. As a result they are not giving the warranty to my phone. I want to reset apple account password of my damaged iPhone. Because I don't remember the recovery key of that apple account and forgot the password. But now how can i reset password without my phone because my phone display is white that's why I can't see anything there due to which i can't reset my password from that phone.but I own that sim which is used for open the apple id .please help me urgent. .lease help me sir .

Do you have access to another device/computer where you can try to reset your password or you can reset your password on the website link below.


Apple ID - Manage


Add your Your Rescue or Notification Email address to a email app. Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, if you can't recover the password using the steps above, you will need to use Account Recovery. The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process.
