iPhone 13 Mini trade in issues

I thought I had done everything required for trade in of my old phone but it has been rejected.

I have removed it from Find My devices and the icloud devices. I thought it waas erased and reset. What could be the issue?

is there a way to resolve it and send it in again?

I can't process my trade in until I erase the iPad. How to proceed? I sent my old ipad air 2 for trade in to apple. I received email they cant process until i erase device and remove account in find my phone at icloud.com. I initiated the erase device, but since the device offline, it wont trigger the erase. Apple Trade in help Hi, i was wondering if someone could help me please? I've got a new phone and i'm now wanting to trade in an old device. I go online to Apple Trade in and select 'Find your trade-in value' and select the following options - Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB (Is your iPhone in good condition) Yes Trade in for an Apple Gift Card I then enter the serial number and verify it. Then it takes me to the section 'Just a few more details' I enter my name, address, email address and phone number and agree to everything and select finish. This is where i then have the issues. It then says - 'Use recommended address instead We’re unable to verify your address, but found a close match. If you choose to use the address you entered, we may not be able to complete your trade-in.' It's recommended the exact same address i have entered so i just select use recommended and it takes me to the next section. It then asks for all my details again so i put my name, address, email address and phone number and agree to everything, however this time it doesn't allow me to select finish. The finish button is faded out. Am i doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the trade in system?

Try trading it in at your local Apple retail store.

I did reset and erase all content. Just to check, when I turned it on, I got the Hello screen. I did delete it from Find my as well as from icloud. Still it was rejected and is being returned to me. May I contact the trade in folks to find out what to do or is it too late?
