Telstra email not working on macOS Monterey

Up until about 3 days ago my Bigpond emails where working through Outlook for Mac V16.64. Now it just hangs and cannot connect to server. I backed up my emails, deleted the account off Outlook and then tried to add it again and got the error "Unable to Sign in. Check your credentials and try again."


I can log into Webmail, so it's not a password issue (I've even reset the password). I'm having the same issue trying to setup the account in Mac Mail so it isn't a Outlook issue. I've even tried to setup on Internet Accounts and it just doesn't want to connect to the Telstra mail server.


I thought that it could be a setting issue or a firewall issue on my router, but my wife's macbook and her iphone both are accepting the same email address. I've tried both IMAP and POP and still nothing.


I'm not sure what else to try, could I have a program blocking the 993 port?

Mac mini 2018 or later
