Using Apple Calendar on Ipad for Irregular Work Schedule?

Hello everyone,

I am a substitute teacher and I exclusively substitute at my children’s elementary school. I take jobs on an as-needed basis and work part time. I have brain fog and short term memory due to my chronic illness, so I find that it is easiest for me to type in the schedule left for me by the teacher into my apple calendar on my ipad at the school, set reminders for each event for 5min before and at the time of event, and then I am alerted on my apple watch every time I have to bring the class to a different class, switch to a different subject, or go to lunch/reccess. Most of the teachers have relatively the same schedule (one teacher i sub for multiple times will have a similar schedule written for her class the majority of the time I sub for her), so I would like to be able to save the times/classes and times/subjects into the phone to be able to just apply to the calendar for the day that I substitute for the specific teacher each time without having to go through and re-type every time and class/subject and have to re-enter the alert preferences for each. Is there a way to do this? Thank you in advance for any help!
