Apple ID profile picture doesnt visually change for others

Hello! I have been using iOs since 2011 and because of that I’ve changed my apple ID profile picture several times, but unfortunately, even though i can see it changed, everyone that sends me an email from any type of device sees my very old profile picture, probably the first one i chose, instead of the one i have now. It is personal and annoying because in college or work, everyone that sends me an email has to see my profile picture of when i was 15 years old. How can we solve this problem? Thank you!
