Underside of wrist watch orientation

I know I’m not the only one who wears their watch on the underside of their wrist. When will Apple allow us to set the orientation to underside of wrist? And before you start with the “sensors aren’t designed for that and you’ll get bad readings” I did a comparison against a heart rate monitor and underside of my wrist was actually more accurate because of the less hair and veins closer to the surface.
