The point is I'm buying the product here in Iran. We can easily buy apple products here but they will have no after sale support or any apple guarantee.
But Apple products aren't legal for sale in Iran. So what is happening is that someone else purchased the product in some other country. You are now buying the product second-hand.
Even if you were buying it across the street from Apple's headquarters, from a guy selling them out of his car, that would still be a "grey market" and I would not recommend such a purchase. Conditions of sale and service are never explicitly documented for grey market purchases.
If you wanted to go ahead and try, you would have to remember that the eligibility starts when the product was first sold, not when you bought it. So if you buy it second hand, it is going to have some other original sale date. In my example above, it would be the date that guy bought those devices for resale. Since retailers like Apple try hard to shut down these grey market sales, especially in sanctioned countries, you stand a good chance that your product will have been originally sold long before you purchased it.
The obvious, easy answer is to simply buy the product in Italy. You can get AppleCare+. Your purchase is legal. You have support. Everything is golden. But in the end, it's just money. If you have plenty of it, then buy one device in Iran and buy another in Italy.
