iOS tv provider setting grayed out

Watch espn app wont let me pick a provider, even after uninstall/reunstall. Tv provider link in ios settings is greyed out. I can’t seem to change the provider either.

Signing out of TV Provider not working After going to settings and signing out of the tv provider, ESPN app still says signed in to TV provider. This renders my recent subscription to ESPN+ useless. How can I get the ESPN app to sign out from the TV provider?
