Paramount thinks my Paramount+ subscription, which Apple shows correctly as canceled, is still active

I canceled my Paramount+ Apple TV Channels subscription a few days ago because Paramount no longer sells the Paramount/Showtime bundle as a Channel. The subscription has expired, but Paramount thinks it’s still active. Paramount+ support politely told me there’s nothing they can do because, apparently, Apple is still telling them the subscription is active. Now, I could ignore this and just keep watching Paramount+ for free, but I’d like to also see Showtime, which I can’t because this expired but still working subscription is a Channel.


I don’t even know how to being to talk to Apple Support about this. None of the support menu options seem to cover this. Any suggestions?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're still able to view a specific streaming service, even though you canceled it. Make sure you double check to confirm that service is canceled by following these steps here: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


On iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:

1.) Open the Settings app.
2.) Tap your name.
3.) Tap Subscriptions.
4.) Tap the subscription.
5.) Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

If everything appears correctly and you still have concerns about having access to a canceled subscription, reach out to Apple Support. They might have to investigate this issue further with you. You can use the following link to reach them: Get Support - Apple
