Paramount thinks my Paramount+ subscription, which Apple shows correctly as canceled, is still active
I canceled my Paramount+ Apple TV Channels subscription a few days ago because Paramount no longer sells the Paramount/Showtime bundle as a Channel. The subscription has expired, but Paramount thinks it’s still active. Paramount+ support politely told me there’s nothing they can do because, apparently, Apple is still telling them the subscription is active. Now, I could ignore this and just keep watching Paramount+ for free, but I’d like to also see Showtime, which I can’t because this expired but still working subscription is a Channel.
I don’t even know how to being to talk to Apple Support about this. None of the support menu options seem to cover this. Any suggestions?
