After iOS 16 update. When updating application from App Store showing new terms and conditions. When i click agree shows message with error

Can't accept terms and conditions I'm trying to download an app onto my iPad using a new Apple ID. Every time I sign into the app store, I'm told to review my Apple ID. When I go into Settings to review it, I'm asked to accept the Terms and Conditions. When I try to accept and click Next, the Next button turns grey and nothing happens. It's admittedly a older iPad that can only be updated to iOS 9.3.5. However, the exact same thing is happening on every device I try. I've been unable to accept the Terms and Conditions on iTunes or on my iPhone running iOS 15.7.2 because every single time the Next button will turn grey and nothing more will happen. Each device I've tried this on has been updated to the latest possible version of iOS for that device and has been restarted multiple times. I'm using a stable Wi-Fi network and have billing information already attached to the ID. I'm stumped. Does anyone have any suggestions?

App Store terms of agreement error After update to iOS16 I can’t manage to update my apps on the AppStore. When I try to update them I get told to agree to the terms and conditions which I do but then receive the “There was an error. Please try later.” message; I’ve tried restarting my phone and logging out of the App Store but no luck. Anyone else having this problem?

Cannot Accept New Terms and Conditions Hi, all - I recently updated by iPhone sw to ios 16.0.3. I recently tried to purchase an app in the app store, and was asked to accept the new terms and conditions. When I click Agree, it seems like it is going through, but then I get the error message "We've run into a problem". I've rebooted, checked my payment info, personal info, etc. and still can't purchase an app since I can't get past the terms and conditions. If all my info is correct and updated, why can't I make a purchase? Thanks for any help.

Hi, try updating one app only and after that you can try again to accept the new terms. it works for me.

This is not only after the update! I am still on 15.6.1 and having the same thing
